Cloud-based PBM platform serving pharmacies, payers, and consumers
2024 - 2026
Princeton, NJ
QA Lead
- ■ Owned the end-to-end QA strategy for the RxSense PBM platform, leading an 11-person team (7 onshore, 4 offshore) and serving as the final quality gate for all production releases.
- ■ Authored and maintained Master Test Plans and test strategy across functional, integration, regression, performance, parallel, and UAT testing, standardizing QA across roughly two releases per month.
- ■ Significantly reduced escaped production defects through parallel, performance, and tighter regression testing run by the entire QA team for 2.5 days before every release, following the standard code freeze applied the Friday before each biweekly Wednesday release-night deployment.
- ■ Used AI-assisted test case generation (TouchStone AI, built into Jira) to draft cases from acceptance criteria, then reviewed and modified them to ensure full coverage before securing official stakeholder sign-off.
- ■ Participated in ticket-refinement meetings to discuss in-scope and out-of-scope work defined in the acceptance criteria with business stakeholders, ensuring a consistent understanding across all parties.
- ■ Partnered with product, development, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into test coverage for claims adjudication, eligibility, network and pricing, and accumulators and copays workflows.
- ■ Mentored more than 20 QA engineers over the tenure, reviewing their test cases and coaching on process and domain.
- ■ Led daily stand-ups and actively participated in retrospectives and strategic planning meetings.
- ■ Provided biweekly release-night support, performing smoke testing after successful deployment to the Production and UAT environments.

Princeton, NJ
QA Engineer
Joined as a contractor, converted to full-time in 2020
- ■ Joined at the inception of the RxSense QA team, hired in its very early stages, and helped develop the initial testing workflows for the RxIQ platform from the ground up.
- ■ Designed test plans and executed functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for all impacted areas defined in the BRDs and FRDs, logging and tracking defects in Jira.
- ■ Served as the subject matter expert (SME) and direct point of contact for network and pricing, accumulators and copays, and clinical authorizations.
- ■ Adapted to multiple squads as the business needed, building domain knowledge across Accumulators & Copay (AC), Eligibility & Claims (EC), Clinical Authorization (CA), Network & Pricing (NP), and Member Experience (ME).
- ■ Utilized a raw claim generator to run hundreds of claim adjudications across a wide range of scenarios, then analyzed the results to confirm all edge cases were covered and all requirements fulfilled.
- ■ Performed back-end validation with SQL against claims and pricing data to confirm end-to-end system behavior, and used Postman for all backend endpoint testing.
- ■ Developed the initial mobile testing workflows for the iOS and Android applications and registered both in the Apple App Store and Google Play to enable weekly releases.
- ■ Tested front-end applications as well, including the white-label member portal.
